Fly Fishing Paradise at Lower Lot
Located on the Big Thompson River below Lake Estes, Lower Lot is a 300-yard stretch of river that makes for a perfect 4 or 6-hour guided fly fishing trip. With a variety of different holes, pocket water, and runs, Lower Lot offers the quintessential trout fishing experience.
Expect to catch trout averaging 12-14 inches with some larger trout breaking the 22-inch mark.
Guided Private Water Fly Fishing
Each private water fly fishing trip comes with a professional, knowledgeable guide who will provide transportation, food and beverage, and all necessary gear for a day of fly fishing. Your guide will provide all necessary instruction and guidance on how to be most effective during your time on the water.
